Notifying Postponed matches to League Officers

Some clubs seem to have missed the bit in rule 10 (F) iii about notifying postponed fixtures to League Officers by telephone or personal contact.

Personal contact does not mean email or SMS, but means by actually speaking to the officers or leaving a message on their telephone.

On a Friday afternoon the League Fixtures Secretary is not available but a message can be left on either his home telephone number or on his mobile.

Upon his return home, the Fixtures Secretary will update Full Time so, if the match is still shown as being on on a Saturday morning you will need to phone him again to confirm he has got the message.
