Dear League Officials
I wanted to drop you a personal note this afternoon as you may have experienced some difficulty with player registrations through Whole Game this week.
Since Monday afternoon, we have received reports from County FA colleagues and league and club officials of slow speed when submitting registrations and my colleagues in the technology team have been working around the clock to identify the cause of this performance issue.
I am pleased to report that earlier today the fault was identified as an infrastructure issue that whilst unrelated to Whole Game was impairing performance. The fault has been cleared and for the past few hours we have been seeing Whole Game performance back at the levels we would expect. We will continue to monitor into the weekend to make sure that the issues are now completely resolved.
I would like to apologise for any inconvenience these issues may have caused your league and its clubs. Please feel free to forward this note onto your clubs in order that they too are aware of the recent issues.
Thank you once again for your ongoing support throughout this registration window. We have made great progress together throughout the past four weeks and I am sure that we can now continue to go from strength to strength.
