Leigh Town made it three wins out of three after a 2-0 away win at Old Chelmsfordians Res.  Nick Judd scored from a beautiful free kick from 25 yards out with Alfie Phillips snaring the other goal that keeps Leigh Town in pole position. White Ensign Res. remain second as Sam Irvine celebrated his birthday by scoring twice against Roydon. A Charlie Edwards header provided the other goal in the 3-0 success. Hutton Res. went on a goal spree that saw Leytonstone United brutally put to the sword. Keelan O’Donovan scored four times; Jack Shaw and Ben Stanton both notched hat-tricks; Gaston Mendy bagged a brace with Billy Calder rounding up the scoring in the 16-0 victory. Bolargi Obitan, Jamie Tabbard and Taylor McLaughlin all got their names down on the Debden Sports score sheet but it wasn’t enough to get anything from the game as visitors Manford Way Res. went on to win the game 4-3. Sam Bissue scored twice for Harold Wood Athletic Res. but Shoebury Town won the game 4-2 thanks to goals from Ben Rowe, John McMonigle, Aaron Cooper and Daryl Cooper.
