Many Club Secretaries in our league do not know the correct officer they should contact to get this information and help.
Below is a list of the League Officers you should contact and their responsibilities.
Chairman, for problems you cannot resolve with other officers and membership enquiries
The League Secretary, for general business, protests or suggestions
The Treasurer, for all financial matters unless otherwise directed.
The Fixture Secretary, for all matters concerning the fixtures
The Registration Secretary, for all registrations and transfers and problems with WGS Registration System.
The Referees Appointment Secretary, for all matters relating to the appointment of Referees, including their non-appearance.
The Asst. Referees Appointment Secretary, for all matters relating to the appointment of Assistant Referees, including their non-appearance.
The Referees Result Secretary, the recipient of all result sheets from referees
The Ground Grading Officer, for all matters relating to Club facilities.
The League Development Officer, Matters relating to the improvement and development of this League and the progression of member clubs.
The IT Officer, All matters to do with the Web Site and Full Time
The Discipline Secretary, for all matters of misconduct.
