Following the FA Statement yesterday, which can be found here, regarding the devastating Israel and Palestine conflict, The FA will be remembering the innocent victims of the devastating events in Israel and Palestine in this evening’s fixture against Australia.

At Essex County FA have received some individual queries from competitions regarding grassroots football this weekend and wanted to confirm, that should you as competitions receive any queries, that clubs playing in grassroots matches this weekend who wish to remember the innocent victims of the devastating events in Israel and Palestine, are supported to do so, to include / through observing a period of silence prior to kick-off and/or players wearing black armbands during their matches.

The thoughts of all are with the innocent victims of these sad and devastating events.
